Shoulders... what are you doing about them?

Above: A whole lotta deadlifting going on...

Everyone has a nagging shoulder problem... Pain, immobility, weakness... So what are you doing about it? Are you warming them up properly? Are you doing your active shoulder hangs, pushup/dip plusses? Hitting the dislocates and improving the range? (no sense doing them if you aren't improving, getting your hands a bit closer each time)

I know it's annoying to have crappy shoulders. My overhead position is not the greatest, but it is getting better because I am working on improving my mobility in that position. (not as much as I should be, but am working on it and seeing some promising results) If you know your shoulder gets pinchy doing certain things then make damn sure you're taking the time to warm them up properly.

What are you doing for maintenance on them? Are you doing any MFR (foam rolling/tennis balling) on them? Stretching? Shoulders are hard to stretch effectively, at least that's what I find... but I still try and I've managed to find a few that get me where I need it.

This is one of those piece of low hanging fruit people... grab hold and reap huge rewards for very little work.

Workout of the day:
3 rounds for time:
Row 500m
21 Ring Push-ups
12 Power Cleans
