So we're approaching the halfway point of the Spring LEANing Challenge and everyone is showing signs of massive improvements! People are over the hump (or through the dip) and have come out the other side fighting. PRs are popping up all over the place. Energy levels are high and people are finding their extra gear left and right.

And that's just the performance improvements. I can't wait to see the after pictures and compare them to the before pictures in just a few short weeks. I think the changes are going to be incredible. Seeing lots of changes already around the shoulders, chest and neck, I'm hearing stories of getting back into clothes that haven't fit for some time, down to weights that haven't been seen for years... Running into friends you haven't seen in months and they barely recognize you... I love it!
